Policy You may place orders in three ways: a. Directly from this website b. By phone with an ARight Word sales representative c. Through a qualified ARight Word language institution sales partner All programs are shipped within 5 to 7 days from the date your order is received. Return Policy All ARight Word purchases come with a 15-days no-questions-asked return policy. In each multi-disc program, we give you 1 or 2 discs to sample, while the remaining discs are kept in a sealed cardboard envelope. After listening to the 1 or 2 sample disc, if you are not satisfied with your program, just follow the instructions below to return the program within 15 days of receiving. Please note if you open the sealed cardboard envelope, the program cannot qualify for refund, but will qualify for credit towards the purchase of other ARight Word programs. Materials returned must be in re-salable condition, as follows: (1) Workbook must not be marked, AND (2) Cardboard envelope of discs must remain sealed Aright Word will refund the purchase price minus (1) shipping, (2) handling, and (3) 10% restocking fee. We will credit you $10.00 for return product ship back cost. Any gift shipped with the product is yours to keep for free. Any product returned not in resalable condition (i.e. marked work book or has sealed cardboard opened) will be credited 30% of original product price plus $10.00 credit for ship back. Fill-out the form completely and fax back to (626) 226-4059. 3. Within three days, Arightword will e-mail you a RMA number to include with the ship-back. 4. Mail-back the entire program (all discs and work book—if any ) in its original packaging, except for the gift item, if any. We will credit you $10.00 for returning the program. 5. Aright Word will refund the purchase price to your method of payment. If paid by credit card, we will refund to your credit card. If paid by check, we will issue you a check. |
